General Tasks:

• Leading Panel Design Department Rostock

Detailed description of tasks:

• Management of day-to-day work in the department
• Leadership of reporting employees including annual reviews, etc.
• Allocation of resources within the department according to Project Requests
• Establishment and execution of Budget and HR plan for department
• Administrative leading of department
• Preparation of Job descriptions for employees of the department
• Managing communication and close cooperation with other relevant Suzlon businesses worldwide (D, India)

Special requirements:

• Significant job experience in relevant areas (design of wind turbines or similar, complex technical products)
• Experience with international Project

Skills:

• Very good communication skills with internal and external customers
• Leadership skills

Education:

• Dipl.-Ing., Master or BSc in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

Special skills / qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of E-Plan P8
• Microsoft office software
• Good knowledge of relevant cabinet design guidelines

Experiences:

• Experienced in design of wind turbines (preferred), or similar complex products
• Good Leadership skills

Languages:

• English: fluent
• German: very good
